EDI

We speak EDI! We have created several applications that interface automatically with EDI. EDI transactions,such as Sales Orders, Cash Receipts, Invoices, etc, are automatically received, transmitted, processed and automatically executed.

Accounting Systems

Understanding how businesses operate is our forte. We have created and/or modified many accounting systems to accommodate the way a company does business. Modules include Order Entry, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Assembly/Bill of Material, Purchase Orders, Sales Analysis, General Ledger and Financial Reporting. Because we understand both how businesses operate and how to use computer technology to correctly address the business need, we have created systems that fit exactly the way different companies operate.

Fork Works

This product was developed specifically for the Fork Lift industry. It provides the capabilities for Sales, Rental, Service, and Preventive Maintenance. The equipment record contains complete and detailed specifications for each piece of equipment. Modules included are: A/R, A/P, PO, Inventory, Quotes, Sales Orders and Billing, G/L and Service Analysis.

TrackOne™

A testing and tracking system for Water Distribution Systems. Information for hydrants, mains and valves are tracked along with Fire Flow testing results. An extensive Work Order scheduling and planning system are also included.

Manufacturer Reps

We have created several versions of Manufacturer Rep systems. Some of these versions provide a single step process to enter a customer's order and then produce documents for both the customer and the manufacturer. In addition, commission tracking, commission reconciliation's and sales analysis are provided. We have created several versions of this product to accommodate the specific needs of different types of representatives.

Catalog of Antique Items

This application is used to track dealer, customer and product information. It provides the ability to print catalogs of available products, based on the customer's interests. Email newsletters or reports with product information can automatically be generated. It also has the ability to export products for a customer's web site, Froogle and eBay.

Human Resource Knowledge

This product was developed for the Human Resource group at the Baan company. It automatically imports questionnaire results from Excel spreadsheets into an Access database for each employee. Skill levels and product knowledge is accumulated in detail for each employee and Baan products. Reports are produced to provide statistics on capabilities to help determine where further training is needed.

Quote System

We have designed and created quote systems that provide flexible capabilities to create informative and easy to understand quotes. Follow-up, closed and rejected information are just some examples of what has been provided to enable a sales force sales force and sales manager to easily track activity.

Sales Commissions

Provides the ability to track and report commission status. Commissions are based on a sliding scale based on profit level and time of payment. Allows for advanced payments and expenses for each salesman. Simply record the invoice and payments and commissions are automatically calculated. Multiple reports are included.

Tracker

This product was developed for our customers. It is used to track computer equipment and software, technical specs, location, purchase, warranty and service information. Besides having the ability to record specifications for different types of equipment, it also provides the capabilities of tracking the software applications that are installed on each system. We provide this product to our customers at no charge. If you are one of customers and have not received this product yet, please let us know.

Web Sites with Databases

We have created several interactive web sites that require a backend database. From Shopping Carts, Customer Relations Management, Promotion Projects to Freight Pricing and Scheduling. You name and we can create it.

Sales Analysis Reporting

This application was created to import data from a legacy accounting system and allows the users to define and create custom reports and graphs.

Door Quotes & Work Orders

Designed to quickly create quotes for doors with many options. Produces a formal quote that can turned into a work order upon acceptance. Job costing for labor hours and extra material is tracked per work order.

Disc Jockey Management

This application Includes the ability to catalog artist, songs, media and music categories. From this information the Disc Jockey can enter selection criteria to quickly locate matching data. Interfaces with iTunes.
